Our services We offer a premium service which provides access to teaching resources for a time period, while subscribed, and access to our forum in return for a fee as set out on our website. We reserve the right to change this fee or the duration of the subscription for future members at any time. We promise to not increase the subscription fee of any customer who has a running subscription even when we register for VAT. When we register for VAT we will inform you how your price is split.   The content of the website The content of this website is for your general information and use and it is subject to change without notice. Where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the rights outlined in this section will not be the only remedy open to Early Years Staffroom Limited. We may also take any other action we consider appropriate in connection with the breach.   Recurring subscriptions If you have selected a pay monthly plan you are entering a contract to pay each month for a 12 month period. Following the 12 months, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time. If you do not abide by the 12-month contract Early Years Staffroom.com Ltd will close your account immediately and take legal action to recover the remaining contract payment plus legal costs associated with this. By default, all new Early Years Staffroom accounts will automatically renew when the subscription expires at the end of 12 months. If you do not wish for it to automatically renew then you must email us at cancellations@earlyyearsstaffroom.com. If you cancel your subscription before the expiration date, your subscription will continue to remain active until the expiration date but will not automatically renew thereafter.   Recruiters When posting vacancies recruiters must only post one job per advert. You cannot post an advert for several positions. The position you are advertising must be available at the time of posting the advert. We reserve the right to remove an advert without warning or refund. Early Years Staffroom is not recommending or endorsing any interested parties / possible applicants. The usual high level of safe recruitment and safeguarding procedures must stand as always. No individuals are vetted by the Early Years Staffroom.   Job Vacancies Early Years Staffroom are in no way endorsing or recommending any jobs or places of work. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.   Advertisers and other third parties Your dealings with advertisers, merchants and any other third party found on or through our website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the relevant third party. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with any third party social media platforms on which it may be promoted. By entering a prize draw or competition you agree to hold Early Years Staffroom Ltd and the distribution platform harmless against any and all claims liabilities, injuries, losses, damages or expenses of any kind arising from your participation in the prize draw or acceptance of a prize to the fullest extent permitted by law. Entries received after a specified closing date will not be considered. Invalid, duplicate or incomplete entries will not be considered and we are unable to accept responsibility for lost entries. Only one entry will be accepted per person unless otherwise specified in the terms of the specific promotion. Winners of prize draws will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries unless specified otherwise in the terms of the specific promotion. Our decision on selection of winners is final and correspondence will not be entered into. Winners must acknowledge the win and claim their prize within 5 working days of the announcement. If a winner does not claim their prize within 5 working days we reserve the right to offer the prize to another entrant or to re-offer the prize in a future draw.
