We offer a premium service which provides access to teaching resources and planning for a limited time period in return for a subscription fee as set out on our website. We reserve the right to change this fee or the duration of the subscription for future members.

Similarly, you are permitted to alter, transform or add to the word version of a resource as long as it is not for commercial purposes. You are not permitted to redistribute resources in any way. Most of the planning templates and ideas for activities were collected from teachers and early years professionals.
Subscriptions
In order to join our service, you are required to register on our website and in so doing provide a small amount of information about yourself. You agree to provide true, current and complete information. You also agree to maintain and promptly update this information by emailing admin@earlyyearsstaffroom.com when necessary to ensure it is up to date and accurate. We shall not be liable for any loss suffered by your non-compliance with this provision. In order to register, you will need to create a password. It is your responsibility to choose a suitably secure password and to maintain its confidentiality. You are further responsible for all activities that occur via your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your password. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session on our website. Early Years Staffroom will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these provisions. You are not permitted to share your account with any other person under any circumstance. You agree that Early Years Staffroom Ltd may, without liability to you or any third party, suspend or terminate, with or without notice, your account if we believe that you have violated the letter and spirit of these Terms and Conditions. Where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the actions outlined in this section will not be the only response open to Early Years Staffroom Ltd. We may also take any other action we consider appropriate in connection with the breach.
EYS Individual Monthly Subscription
In signing the terms and conditions you agree your subscription is for a minimum of 12 months and after this period it can be cancelled at any time. If at anytime your monthly subscription payment cannot be collected ( within the minimum first 12 months ) your details will be sent to a third party collection agency.
Recurring subscriptions
In signing the terms and conditions you agree that your Early Years Staffroom account will automatically renew when your subscription expires, 12 months after sign up. You will not receive a reminded of the upcoming renewal. If you do not wish for it to automatically renew then you must send a message via ‘contact us’ to cancel. If you cancel your subscription before the expiration date, your subscription will continue to remain active until the expiration date but will not automatically renew thereafter. If you wish to re join following a cancelled subscription this will be done at the new price that is set for new customers.
Liability
Early Years Staffroom will do its utmost to ensure that all information published on this website is accurate, but please note that Early Years Staffroom Ltd excludes all express or implied terms, conditions, warranties, representations or endorsements whatsoever with regard to the content of the website. Whilst we try our best to ensure that the site is 100% clean and safe, we cannot and do not guarantee that any material available for downloading from our web site will be free from infection, viruses and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive properties. It is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and anti-virus / security checks on your computer system / device. You will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from any material downloaded or otherwise obtained from the website. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, and you agree that it shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. The liability of Early Years Staffroom Ltd to you in contract, tort (including negligence) with regard to these Terms and Conditions, use of the website and/or any service shall be limited to either: (a) £150 or (b) the price paid by you to Early Years Staffroom under any contract during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights.

Your dealings with advertisers, merchants and any other third party found on or through our website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the relevant third party. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Early Years Staffroom Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers and merchants on our website.
