Two (2) Year Progress Check Document Editable EYFS

Two-Year Progress Check Document (Editable) – EYFS
This editable Two-Year Progress Check Document is designed to support practitioners in meeting the statutory requirement of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to review a child’s development between the ages of 24 and 36 months.
The document provides a clear, structured format to assess a child’s progress in the three prime areas of learning:
-
Personal, Social and Emotional Development
-
Communication and Language
-
Physical Development
There is no prescribed format for the EYFS progress check at age two summary. Each setting can decide on its own progress check format, but as a minimum it must include a short written summary of the child’s development in the prime areas; the summary must identify the child’s strengths and areas for improvement.
This is an editable document for you to use in line with the new EYFS which is ideal for Nurseries, Pre-Schools and Childminders.
All our planning has been carefully created by experienced qualified primary school teachers with QTS therefore you can be sure that your planning will achieve your outcomes and aims.
