Is VAT included?
Yes it is included and invoiced seperately. If you would like a VAT invoice please email us at [email protected].
Do I need to buy anything else to access the resources or is it all included?
Everything is included in the subscription there are no extra costs at all.
How do I know which membership I need?
If you are a school or nursery you can get a school/nursery subscription and this gives you up to 5 log ins (licences) if you are an individual Teacher or Childminder who is purchasing this for your own use only then you can get the individual subscription. For the individual subscription you have the option to pay monthly or yearly.
Are the planning and resources be editable?
Yes most of it is, if you come accross something that you would like to be editable please let us know and we will make it editable.
What date is my payment going to come out?
Your payment will come out of your account on the same date of the month you signed up. For example, if you join on the 10th of the month, the payment will come out on the 10th of the next month. This is the same with yearly plans. You are able to change the date you pay to any day in the month by contacting us by email at [email protected].
Your subscription will be set to auto renew unless you cancel it in my accounts section.
Can I buy just one resource?
Currently we only offer a subscription service however it is something we will consider in the future.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription for your membership at any time. You will continue to enjoy your benefits until the end of your current subscription period.
If you would like to cancel your subscription please go to your account settings and cancel.
If you do not cancel your subscription will be auto renewed after 12 months.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can choose to pay easily and securely through your PayPal account. Alternatively, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also allow payment for Schools or Nurseries by bank transfer.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of the digital download subscription it is not possible to “return” downloads and ensure they are no longer used. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for new subscription purchases.
Are there any hidden or extra charges?
No not at all, you get all downloadable resources currently on the site and the many added each week absolutely free. Rest assured there will be no increase to your subscription in the future once joined. We only put the price up to new members each year as the website grows.
